Digital Campaign Coordinator

The Role
The Digital Campaign Coordinator, reporting to the Regional Marketing Operations Manager, will oversee the implementation of seasonal campaigns across all regional websites and advertising campaigns

Main Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the briefing and launch of all digitial campaigns
Liaise with the Marketing Managers in the region on their content plans and take a lead on content creation if required
Ensure the websites adhere to the Digital Style Guide and Tone of Voice guidelines, are correctly updated for all languages versions of each individual website and optimised for search engines
Optimise the digital component of local tactical marketing campaigns
Work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager – Retention & Acquisition, Digital Designer and Regional Digital Executive to ensure centres send appropriate content according to the activity plan
Work with the central Digital and local Marketing Teams to integrate Marketing, Advertising, and PR across all digital platforms.
Provide monthly and campaign based reports
Assist MEs in the co-ordination of digital competitions and partnerships to increase traffic, Facebook fans and email database.
Manage the briefing process, design, broadcast and reporting of emails
Be aware of opportunities with SEM and SEO and be able to advise on optimizing content.

Your Profile / Knowledge and Skills

· Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communication
· At least 2 yars of experience in a similar role
· Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory
· Good experience using CMS – Umbraco
· Good knowledge of HTML
· Knowledge of Photoshop
